As a Brand Graphic & Content Designer (m/f/d) at our Düsseldorf location, you will actively shape the visual identity of our brand across all channels. You translate our brand DNA into high-performing, aesthetic, and consistent creatives – from social content to campaign assets. In doing so, you combine design, storytelling, and modern technologies like AI to elevate our brand to the next level.
YOUR IMPACT
Conceptualize and develop visual content ideas and campaigns in close collaboration with Brand and Marketing teams
Translate brand messages into compelling visual storytelling across multiple channels
Select, evaluate, and refine visual material from e-commerce and campaign shoots
Create and edit visual content (image & video) for marketing campaigns and always-on content
Edit videos and handle post-production of moving image formats (e.g., social ads, reels, campaign videos)
Develop and execute animations and motion design to support campaigns
Ensure a consistent visual execution of our brand DNA across all touchpoints (including branding, typography, and imagery)
Adapt content for different platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, paid ads)
Prepare and finalize print-ready files (e.g., packaging, flyers, POS materials)
Support campaigns and product launches visually (e.g., campaign assets, content series)
Analyze and optimize creatives based on relevant KPIs (e.g., engagement, CTR, conversion)
Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, and Performance teams to create impactful creatives
Contribute ideas to further develop our visual brand world and content strategy
Utilize and integrate AI tools for efficient content creation and optimization
WHY YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT FOR US
Strong knowledge of AI-based content creation and a genuine interest in integrating it into your daily work
A compelling portfolio that reflects your design and content skills
Excellent skills in image and video editing, as well as working with motion content
Experience in animation and motion design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign or comparable tools)
Strong sense of design, aesthetics, typography, and brand communication
Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to communicate ideas visually in a clear and impactful way
Understanding of social media trends, content mechanics, and visual performance (e.g., hooks, attention, conversion)
Experience with performance-driven content and data-based optimization
Structured, independent, and reliable working style with high quality standards
Strong attention to detail while maintaining a clear understanding of the bigger brand picture
Hands-on mentality, creativity, and a drive to quickly execute and test ideas
