Your mission
As our Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving ProGlove's software and solution offering.You will operate as the “CEO” of the software and service business inside the company, with accountability for strategy, P&L, growth, customer outcomes, and long-term value creation. The mission is not to manage an existing business. The mission is to build one. Success will have a measurable impact on the company’s growth profile, competitive positioning and profitability. The role reports directly to the CPO and will be part of the product management team.

Required qualifications
- 5to8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in software, cloud, SaaS, or IoT environments
- Proven experience delivering cloud-based or SaaS products
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Ability to translate customer needs into scalable product solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence teams and senior leadership.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Experience in industrial technology, IoT, hardware, embedded systems
- Experience with establishing and changing SaaS business models
- Experience with IoT platforms
- Background in enterprise or B2B software
- Familiarity with microservices and cloud-native architectures
- Experience with product-led growth, monetization
