Your mission
A green thumb is enough — we'll teach you the rest.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a new team member to join as a Gardener for the Berlin region. Whether you already have experience with plants or want to make a career change: with us, you'll learn everything you need directly on the job.
As part of our team of over 30 people, you'll work independently, visiting offices in the Berlin region and caring for our plants so they always look as beautiful as they did on day one. Besides your regular care rounds, you'll also help implement new projects. In this varied role, you'll get insight into many different offices and make a significant contribution to the health and wellbeing of employees.
More important to us than a diploma is your motivation: Do you have a strong passion for plants and nature? Do you enjoy being on the move and getting hands-on? Then apply — regardless of whether you've already worked in plant care or want to take a completely new path.
