Horse Powertrain is launching the second edition of Horse Powering Talent, its Graduate Program at the Madrid headquarters, for 2026–2027.
The program offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain practical experience in an international automotive company, contributing to projects related to digitalization, data analytics, artificial intelligence and business improvement.
The eight-month program combines hands-on experience in real business projects with technical and soft skills training, as well as an Individual Development Plan supported by a mentor and a career coach.
Projects
Participants will contribute to projects across different business areas, including:
Enterprise Risk Management & Business Continuity: Risk insights and business impact.
Global Information Security: Automation and threat response in cybersecurity.
Industrial Strategy: Digitalization of global industrial strategy processes and performance improvement.
IS/IT: Automated translation of DataHub data products, data contracts and access policies.
IS/IT: Predictive safety stock.
Process Engineering: AI and digital transformation.
Procurement: Strategic procurement analytics.
Sales & Business Development – Pricing: AI-powered volume analytics, forecasting and executive reporting.
Requirements
We are looking for recent graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (including Industrial Organization, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Cybersecurity), Data Science, Business Strategy or Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics or a related field.
Candidates should have a C1 level of English or higher and an interest in sustainable mobility, innovation, artificial intelligence and data analytics, together with a strong motivation to learn and develop professionally.
Program details
Location: Horse Powertrain headquarters, Madrid.
Expected start date: Mid-November 2026.
Duration: 8 months.
Monthly compensation: €1,500.
Working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including a one-hour lunch break.
