Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant professional to drive B2B business development in Hong Kong. You will own the full sales cycle for strategic accounts—building pipeline, creating executive-level relationships, and converting opportunities into revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive new business development in Hong Kong
Prospect, qualify, and build a targeted pipeline (CRM-driven)
Conduct executive presentations and C-level stakeholder engagement
Develop account strategies, multi-thread stakeholders, and manage long sales cycles
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals
Track KPIs, forecast accurately, and report progress to leadership
Identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to shape sales strategy
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales / business development
Strong track record of revenue attainment
Experience selling complex B2B solutions (consultative selling)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable with senior stakeholders
Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline using CRM tools
