Responsibilities:
Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements for implementation
Create ROI analyses based on customer use cases
Plan and deliver demos, proof of concepts, and implementations

Build strong client relationships and support onboarding, growth, and upselling
Collaborate with product teams to improve features based on customer needs
Build knowledge in IoT, operations management, and system integrations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in pre-sales or software implementation
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
Knowledge of IoT, AI, cloud technologies, and APIs
