Inbank is a financial technology company with an EU banking license that connects merchants, consumers, and financial institutions on its next-generation embedded finance platform. Our financing solutions are embedded seamlessly into the shopping journey of 6,000+ retailers. This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
We're looking for an E-Commerce Sales Manager to join our Sales team in Vilnius.
As an E-commerce Sales Manager, you will identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with platforms such as payment solution providers, specialized CRMs, software developers, ERP providers, and marketing channels that serve as hubs for multiple merchants. Your focus will be on building scalable, high-impact partnerships capable of generating a strong and consistent flow of leads, rather than onboarding individual e-shops.
You will also take full ownership of the post-gate channel, ensuring that once agreements are signed, integrations are successfully completed and partner merchants are effectively activated, engaged, and actively using Inbank solutions.
A note from your Hiring Manager
"We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on E-Commerce Sales Manager with a strong ownership mindset and the ambition to make a real impact on our online sales performance. There’s no predefined formula for success here — you’ll have the freedom to challenge the status quo, test new ideas, take initiative, and drive meaningful change. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, enjoy taking ownership, and value a supportive team that encourages fresh thinking, we’d love to hear from you!"
