As we continue to grow across New Zealand, we're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive sales growth and strengthen our presence throughout the Auckland region.
What You'll Be Doing
Developing new business opportunities and growing existing customer relationships
Identifying opportunities within fleets, workshops, transport operators, and trade customers
Working closely with our branch team to deliver outstanding customer service
Analysing customer trends and sales data to uncover growth opportunities
Representing the Multispares brand in the market and building long-term partnerships
What We're Looking For
You may currently be a:
Business Development Manager
Parts Manager
Senior Parts Interpreter
To be successful, you'll bring:
Minimum 5 years' experience in the heavy vehicle, truck, bus, or aftermarket parts industry
Strong commercial awareness and sales focus
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach
Good Microsoft Office and reporting skills
The ability to identify opportunities and turn them into results
Basic understanding of warehousing and inventory management

Based in Auckland
Approximately 75% customer-facing and on the road
Approximately 25% branch-based
