At Access Community Care (ACC), we're looking for compassionate, dependable, and energetic individuals to join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSA). • Help individuals achieve personal goals outlined in their support plans.

  • Support participants with budgeting and managing spending during activities.
  • Complete daily documentation including progress notes, daily logs, and incident reports before the end of each shift.
  • Maintain open communication with your team and supervisors.
  • Ensure the health, safety, dignity, and rights of every individual you support.
  • Occasionally provide one-on-one support when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Compassionate and patient
  • Dependable and trustworthy
  • Positive, energetic, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable leading small groups
  • Excellent communicators
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Passionate about helping others reach their goals
  • Team players with strong integrity

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable personal vehicle
  • Current auto insurance
  • Good driving record
  • Ability to pass state-required background checks
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds
  • Basic computer and documentation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred but not required—we provide training for the right candidate!
