What You Will Do
- Represent the Group at client sites, including government facilities
- Assess and onboard nurses and carers before they step onto a client site
- Deliver orientations and upskilling on site
- Own clinical quality and set the standard others follow
- Advise our Home Care Department and give the clinical view on client complaints
- Support compliance, from SANC registration to incident follow-up
What You Bring
- Professional Nurse with a current, up-to-date SANC registration (annual practising fees paid) and 5+ years of hands-on clinical experience
- Frail care, hospital or acute experience
- ICU or Theatre experience or training (a strong advantage)
- Polished and confident with matrons, facility managers and government officials
- A natural trainer who commands credibility
- Facilitation or assessment qualification (an advantage)
- Computer literate, with a valid driver's licence (essential)
