The Therapist/Individual Resiliency Trainer (IRT) is a key member of a person-centered, integrated team supporting individuals experiencing First Episode Psychosis (FEP). This role provides therapy, resiliency-focused skill development, and coordinated support that helps people recognize their strengths, build coping strategies, and work toward personal wellness and recovery. • Coordinate with community and social-service partners to promote holistic care and appropriate referrals
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with agency and state requirements
  • Provide culturally responsive services that honor the unique strengths, needs, and goals of each individual and family
  • Stay current on FEP best practices and participate in required professional development and training
  • Provide licensure supervision, when applicable
  • Deliver services safely and effectively across office, community, client, and field-based settings

  • Master’s degree in counseling, psychology or social work by an accredited institution required
  • Working knowledge of DSM-5
  • A valid, unrestricted driver’s license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required

  • Must obtain and maintain current CPR certification within 60 days of hire
  • Must obtain and maintain certification in an approved crisis intervention methodology (CPI, MANDT, or CALM) within 60 days of hire

  • See strengths and possibilities in every person and approach care with respect, curiosity, and optimism
  • Build trusting therapeutic relationships and communicate with empathy and cultural humility
  • Are comfortable working independently while also contributing actively to a collaborative team
  • Bring flexibility and sound judgment to community-based and sometimes fast-moving situations
  • Are motivated by helping people build skills, resilience, confidence, and greater independence
  • Connect with our mission to Inspire Hope. Promote Wellness. and want your work to have a tangible impact in the communities we serve
