Currently, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor
to join our Construction Department in the Limassol office.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Measurement of quantities in accordance with the standard methods of measurement as required,
- Preparation of remeasurements of Contract Works from Architect/ Structural drawings (AutoCad),
- Site visits for actual measurements when needed,
- Recording and pricing changes and variations to the original scope of works,
- Allocating work to subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering,
- 1-2 years of work experience,
- Native Greek. Fluent in English language.
- Knowledge of construction procedures and project management principles,
- Good interpersonal and communication skills,
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure,
- Demonstrated organizational skills,
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, AutoCad, MS Project).
