Wolt Market is our online grocery business, bringing customers a curated range of everyday essentials quickly and reliably.</p> <p class="p1">The Category Team shapes the assortment, promotions and supplier collaboration behind that experience. As a Category Specialist, you will be the operational backbone of the team ensuring promotional plans, data, communication and follow-ups move accurately and on time.<br>You'll receive guidance and support from experienced colleagues while taking ownership of your daily responsibilities and contributing to the commercial success of Wolt Market Serbia.</p> <h2 class="p3"><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></h2> <p class="p3">This is a hands-on coordination role at the centre of the Category Team. You will work closely with Category Managers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep commercial activities organised, accurately documented and delivered on schedule.</p> <p class="p3"><strong>Day-to-day in this role you’ll:</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li3">Analyse category, product and promotional performance, preparing reports and insights to improve sales, profitability and assortment.</li> <li class="li3">Support new product listings and maintain accurate supplier and product information across stores.</li> <li class="li3">Support Category Managers in preparing supplier negotiations, following up on agreed actions and implementing commercial plans.</li> <li class="li3">Coordinate promotional plans with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring accurate details and timely campaign launches.</li> <li class="li3">Implement pricing updates, campaigns and category projects, keeping trackers and timelines up to date.</li> <li class="li3">Collaborate with inventory management, marketing, finance and retail systems teams to resolve issues and support business growth.</li> <li class="li3">Improve daily processes through reporting tools, automation and AI to reduce manual work and increase accuracy and efficiency.</li> </ul> <h2 class="p3"><strong>Our humble expectations* </strong></h2> <p class="p3">We are looking for a highly organised and proactive team player who enjoys working in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.</p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li3">A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or a related field.</li> <li class="li3">1-3 years experience in category management, commercial support or coordination within retail, e-commerce or FMCG.</li> <li class="li3">Strong analytical skills and intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to turn data into practical insights.</li> <li class="li3">A commercial mindset and an understanding of how assortment, pricing and promotions influence sales and profitability.</li> <li class="li3">Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li> <li class="li3">Clear and professional communication skills in Serbian and English, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams.</li> <li class="li3">Confidence using presentation tools, business systems and reporting tools, along with a willingness to explore AI and automation.</li> <li class="li3">A collaborative, proactive and hands-on approach, with the motivation to learn and grow in a commercial role.</li> </ul> <h2 class="p3"><strong>What we offer</strong></h2> <p class="p3">You’ll gain broad exposure to the commercial engine of a fast-growing online grocery business and work closely with Category Managers, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
