Freight Runners Express / Air Charter Express (FRE/ACE) is looking for a detail-oriented Account Reconciliation Specialist to join our team at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport.

Every day is a little different at FRE/ACE. You'll work behind the scenes helping keep our nationwide Part 135 airline operation running smoothly while collaborating with a supportive team in an airport environment.

What You'll Do
You'll play an important role in maintaining the accuracy of the company's financial and operational records by:
- Auditing and reconciling company credit card transactions, travel accounts, vendor receipts, invoices, and fuel tickets.
- Preparing and distributing monthly airport landing reports.
- Building and maintaining a database of airport fees for the airports where FRE/ACE operates.
- Assisting the accounting and administrative team with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- A general understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively with coworkers in an open-office environment.
