Liaise with US-based personnel and external advisors (bookkeepers, payroll, and tax professionals for corporate income and sales tax compliance).
  • Working Capital & Credit Risk: Centralize cash collection (AR) efforts in close collaboration with Sales and internal stakeholders to maintain a healthy AR ledger and streamline collection workflows.
  • Cost Accounting & Allocations: Support monthly employee time-tracking processes and labor cost allocation efforts across projects and business lines.
  • General Ledger & Reconciliations: Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations, balance sheet control reviews, and maintain general ledger integrity.
  • Commercial Support & Statutory Compliance: Assist commercial teams during Request for Proposal (RFP) processes with financial and vendor questionnaires. Manage statutory compliance reporting, including national statistics filings, investor requests, and ad-hoc regulatory surveys.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Actively identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements across finance workflows, leveraging modern tools, Excel add-ins, and AI/LLM applications.
  • Analytical & Project Work: Partner directly with the VP Finance on ad-hoc financial analyses, forecasting, and data summarization to support strategic management and investor decision-making.
  • Be ready to help with various accounting/ finance tasks across the P&L and Balance Sheet
