…and we need your help to make it happen! Our Holiday season runs from October 2025-January 2026.
Positions we are hiring for include:
Drivers
- Valid driver’s license required (CDL not needed)
- All drivers are also active members of the installation crew
- Ability to drive a 16’–26’ box truck
Foremen
- Technical ability, strong communication, leadership, and client-focused skills
Quality Control Leaders
- Eye for design, attention to detail, strong communication and leadership skills
Crew Members
What to Expect
- Full time hours (40 hours/week + OT)
- Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be required (overtime common mid-November to early December)
- Physically demanding roles: ability to lift 25+ lbs., stand for long periods, bend, crouch, kneel, stretch, and climb ladders
- Seasonal roles with the potential to grow—our holiday team has often led to full-time opportunities at John Mini.
