- Financial Pro – Expert-level knowledge of business math, P&L reviews, inventory audits, and payroll processing.
- Quality Authority – A coffee enthusiast with a passion for maintaining beverage quality and brand consistency.
- Experienced Manager – Preferably with 3 years of experience in hospitality management, ideally in a high-volume coffee environment.
- Committed & Flexible – Full-time availability with the flexibility to handle emergency store needs.
What you'll do:
- Lead the Store – Act as the primary leader responsible for the overall success and "MOKA way" of your location.
- Manage the Team Lifecycle – Oversee everything from talent acquisition to the continuous development of your crew.
- Drive Strategic Growth – Manage labor costs and sales strategies to ensure financial stability and store health.
- Ensure Compliance – Maintain 100% compliance with all state and local health regulations and safety standards.
- Engage the Community – Foster genuine connections and provide "smile-making" customer service.
- Maintain Quality – Ensure consistent product and service standards while supporting team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What to expect:
- Executive Responsibility – You will report directly to the City Manager to drive location-wide success.
- Fast-Paced Environment – A high-energy role that requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Rain or Shine – We show up for our community 365 days a year, no matter what the forecast says!
- Certification – ServSafe Certification is preferred for this leadership position.
