What You'll Do
- Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through resolution while ensuring deadlines are met
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide regular updates
- Gather, request, review, and organize medical records, accident reports, insurance information, and other case documentation
- Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the case
- Assist attorneys with demand packages and case preparation
- Organize, scan, file, and maintain correspondence and case files
- Schedule client appointments, consultations, and attorney calls
What You Bring to the Table
- At least 1-5 years of experience delivering exceptional customer service
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, compassionate, and patient when interacting with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- A genuine desire to help people and make a positive difference during difficult times
- Experience as a legal case manager or in a similar role is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Location & Hours
- Job Type: Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Work Arrangement: In-Office
- Office Locations: Baraboo (Main Office), Sun Prairie, Madison, Eau Claire
