Job Summary: Join the crew at Red Lodge Pizza Co.! We’re looking for a high-energy, reliable Counter Host to be the face of our front-of-house. You’ll keep the vibes high and the orders flowing by managing the counter, crushing customer service, and backing up the team.

Essential Job Duties Include the following: other duties may be assigned:
Operational Support:
- Greets all guests appropriately and assists them efficiently and effectively.
- Seats customers according to the table rotation and works closely with the Restaurant Manager to manage waitlists.
- Uses POS to ring in To-Go orders and picks up those orders from the kitchen.
- Takes orders by telephone, answers, and transfers calls.
- Serves ice cream and stocks supplies in the counter area.
- Maintains clear and concise communication with both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff to ensure to-go orders and service supplies are handled efficiently.
Area Maintenance:
- Keeps counters clean at all times.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the counter and surrounding guest areas, including trash receptacles.
Operational Readiness
Employees must be accessible via cell phone and/or email. This is required for the effective use of our internal management systems, including staff scheduling and human resources applications.

Experience/Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but okay if you are still in school!).
- Experience in the customer service field is preferred but not required.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Physical Demands: Regularly required to walk, sit, use hands, reach, balance, stoop, talk, or hear. Must lift and move up to 15 pounds.
- Work Environment: Operates in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment, involving long periods of standing and stair use.
- Schedule: Requires the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late hours.
