About us
TEC works at the intersection of sport and business, partnering with some of the biggest names, leagues, and organizations in the industry. We're looking for someone who doesn't just work in sports tech — they live in it. If you can't go a day without checking scores, debating a controversial call, or geeking out over the tech behind a major event's fan experience, keep reading.
About the role
As a Technical Team Lead at TEC, you'll guide a development team building software and web applications using .NET and React, mostly on projects started from the ground up. You'll take architectural direction and turn it into clear, actionable steps for the team, while working closely with the architect and DevOps to keep technical decisions aligned and delivery on track. You'll balance hands-on technical involvement with day-to-day team coordination and mentoring. When the path forward isn't obvious, you're the one who finds it.
