Position Overview:
The Niche Talent Headhunter is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and recruiting qualified candidates for specialized, hard-to-fill, and high-volume hiring needs. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can identify active and passive talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver qualified candidates within aggressive hiring timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage candidates for niche, specialized, and high-volume positions.
- Build pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Use LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct targeted outreach and initial candidate screening.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and candidate profiles.
- Manage multiple requisitions and hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity in the ATS.
- Track pipeline activity, hiring progress, and recruiting results.
- Provide talent-market insights for difficult-to-fill positions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruiting, sourcing, staffing, or headhunting experience.
- Proven experience recruiting for niche or hard-to-fill positions.
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring.
- Strong direct sourcing, candidate outreach, and networking skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Education/Experience
· Associate degree in Business Studies or Human Resource or related field, or 3+ years proven experience in Recruiting
