This role leads a high-performing team charged with driving measurable growth by developing and scaling a strong, sustainable provider referral network. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a player-coach environment, balancing strategy, leadership, and hands-on execution.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of RAMs focused on provider engagement, referral growth, and territory performance.
  • Review referral trends, market penetration, competitive activity, and performance data to identify opportunities and remove barriers to growth.
  • Hold regular one-on-one meetings to review account strategies, provider activity, performance metrics, development goals, and territory priorities.
  • Partner with sales leadership and operations to build and execute regional strategies that support center performance and market expansion.
  • Support the team in identifying high-value provider accounts and building long-term relationships with psychiatrists, therapists, primary care physicians, and other referral sources.
  • Maintain direct engagement with key regional accounts and spend time in the field alongside RAMs to observe, coach, and advance strategic opportunities.
  • Use reporting tools and analytics to translate market insights into clear, actionable plans.
  • Ensure the team maintains strong knowledge of clinical evidence, approved indications, appropriate patient selection criteria, and compliant business practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing, reimbursement, medical, and operational partners to align messaging and address referral or access challenges.
  • Manage performance reviews, development plans, required documentation, regional budgets, resource deployment, and timely reporting.
  • Participate in hiring new RAMs and contribute to strategic planning, sales meetings, training programs, and cross-functional initiatives.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, clinical sales, or related experience.
  • 2+ years of sales management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams to achieve performance goals and territory growth objectives.
  • Experience building strong provider relationships and implementing account or territory strategies.
  • Ability to analyze market data and turn insights into focused plans and measurable action.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, relationship-building, organization, and time-management skills.
  • High ethical standards and experience working effectively in a regulated healthcare environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Behavioral health, neuroscience, or a related therapeutic area.
  • Leading account-based sales or provider engagement teams.
  • Referral-driven healthcare service models and the behavioral health landscape.
Travel & Physical Requirements
  • Able and willing to travel by air, rail, and automobile up to 80% of the time.
  • Able to perform a combination of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and stooping.
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Why Join Us
  • Competitive base salary of $135,000, plus performance-based variable compensation tied to defined sales metrics.
  • Total compensation package designed to reward both individual and team success.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Opportunity to lead a high-impact, mission-driven team focused on expanding access to innovative mental health care.
  • Direct influence on referral growth, provider engagement, and market expansion.
