The Role
Frank & Eileen's flagship store on Madison Avenue is seeking passionate, client-focused Stylists to join retail team on a seasonal basis. As a Stylist, you will deliver a luxury styling experience, building lasting relationships with our customers and creating wardrobes that inspire confidence and joy. This is a full-time position at 30-40 hours per week, based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador and stylist, guiding customers through our collections and curating looks tailored to their lifestyle.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is customer-ready.
- Build long-term relationships through clienteling excellence: thoughtful follow-up, personalized outreach, and one-on-one styling appointments.
- Partner with the management team to achieve sales goals and uphold brand standards.
- Inspire teammates by modeling exceptional service, teamwork, and positive energy on the sales floor.
- Deliver exceptional experiences during peak moments.
- Support daily operational tasks, including:
Steaming and preparing product for the floor.
Replenishing, organizing, and maintaining pristine presentation standards.
Participating in cleaning and upkeep to ensure an elevated environment.
Who You Are
- 1–2 years of experience in luxury or specialty retail, with a passion for styling and customer relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to perform opening/closing duties with integrity.
- Comfortable with technology (POS, clienteling tools, iPads/iPhones) and adaptable to new systems.
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to navigate stairs and move between multiple floor levels throughout the shift.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach to replenish/organize merchandise and assist customers.
- Manual dexterity to handle merchandise, operate a POS system, and process transactions.
Compensation
Hourly Pay Range starting at $22-$28 plus eligible for team bonus incentive program.
