THE ART SOURCE, INC. • COCONENE
Now Hiring: CocoNene Assembly Worker
Full-Time • Non-Exempt • Kapolei, HI
CocoNene is a Hawaii-born brand and we build everything in-house. Our Assembly Workers are the hands behind the product — you’ll work across final assembly, packaging, quality control, and order fulfillment in a real production environment. We move fast, we care about quality, and we’re building a smarter shop. If you take pride in your work and want to grow, this is the place to do it.
What You’ll Do
• Assemble, package, label, and box CocoNene products to brand standards.
• Set up jobs accurately — materials, files, and settings — and monitor runs for quality and consistency.
• Inspect finished goods throughout production; catch and escalate defects before they ship.
• Support order fulfillment: sorting, labeling, packing, and hitting daily output targets.
• Use basic computer tools for job tracking and order status
• Keep your workstation and shared spaces clean, organized, and safe.
• Communicate clearly with your Production Lead on job status and flag any issues fast.
• Cross-train in other production areas and step up when the team needs it.
You’ll Work With AI — And That’s a Real Skill
We’re not a shop stuck in the past. The Art Source actively uses AI tools across our operations — for production planning, quality tracking, workflow improvement, and more. As a CocoNene Assembly Worker, you’ll be exposed to how AI supports real manufacturing decisions, not just read about it.
• Be part of a team that’s continuously improving how we work — and you’ll help shape that.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong attention to detail — you catch mistakes before they become problems.
• Comfortable on your feet all shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills: file handling, job tracking, navigating a screen.
• Able to follow detailed production specs and maintain consistency across a run.
• Works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior manufacturing, production, or assembly experience a plus — but we’ll train the right person.
Why Work With Us
CocoNene is a local brand with a team that shows up for each other. You’ll have real variety in your day, exposure to modern production technology including AI tools, and a clear path to grow if you want it. We invest in people who invest in the work.
• Locally owned and operated — your work stays in Hawaii.
• Team culture that values quality, hustle, and taking care of each other.
• Cross-training opportunities across the production floor.
Compensation
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience (Non-Exempt / overtime eligible).
• Monthly Performance Bonus — company-wide bonus paid every month when we hit our goals. You share in the win.
