What You'll Do
As a Customer Service / Sales Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and welcoming presence of SwimKids. In this role, you will:
- Help families understand their class options and enroll in the right lessons
- Keep class schedules organized, accurate, and running smoothly
- Answer incoming calls and assist with customer questions and concerns
- Provide a positive, professional experience for every family
- Support a fun, health-focused environment for kids and parents
- Help improve customer retention and overall family satisfaction
- Work closely with instructors and team members to create a smooth customer experience

Schedule
