For our team at the location Bubikon (ZH), we are looking for an immediate start or by agreement for a Technical Specialist After Sales & Spare Parts Management 100% (m/f/d) Your Tasks Responsibility for the technical spare parts management of our machines and systems throughout their entire lifecycle Analysis of customer requirements as well as technical research and identification of suitable spare and wear parts Verification of compatibilities, successor items, and technical alternatives in collaboration with engineering, service, and purchasing Creation and maintenance of structured spare parts documentation in the ERP system Development and further development of standardized spare parts packages, service kits, and maintenance recommendations for existing systems Development of strategies for proactive marketing and stocking of spare parts based on equipment inventory, lifecycles, and customer needs Ensuring high master data quality and continuous optimization of spare parts structures Participation in the further development of processes in spare parts management Your Profile Completed technical basic training, e.g., polymechanic, automation technician, designer Further education as a technician HF, BA in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable qualification Good technical understanding of complex mechatronic systems Experience in technical spare parts management, service, after sales, or engineering is an advantage Experience with ERP systems and master data management Analytical and structured working method as well as enjoyment of research tasks High initiative and interest in actively developing processes Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
