CREATEQ builds AI-accelerated software for banks, insurers, transport and energy companies. You’ll make CREATEQ the recognised expert for AI-powered software engineering in regulated industries in Switzerland, and turn that visibility into conversations with new clients. You report to the Head of Business Development & Sales.
What you’ll do
- Sharpen our positioning and messaging for CTOs, CIOs and transformation leaders in regulated industries.
- Establish the existing CREATEQ brand in the Swiss market: make sure it’s applied consistently across website, sales materials, LinkedIn and events, and that target clients recognise CREATEQ as the expert for AI-powered software engineering.
- Own the content strategy: case studies, expert articles, the AI Engineering Radar, and thought leadership for our CEO and engineering experts.
- Run account-based campaigns on 60–80 target accounts, together with our sales leads.
- Prepare the marketing plan and budget, measure brand awareness and pipeline contribution, and report on what works.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in IT services, consulting or enterprise software.
- Experience establishing a B2B brand in the market: growing awareness and recognition with target clients and keeping its use consistent across all channels.
- Strong design skills: a sure eye for layout, typography and visual storytelling, and hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to create presentations, case studies, social media visuals and event materials yourself.
- A track record of content and campaigns that generated pipeline, not just reach.
- The ability to grasp technical topics such as AI, software modernisation and regulation, and write credibly about them for senior decision-makers.
- Fluent English, German as a plus.
- Hands-on with HubSpot (or a comparable platform), LinkedIn and AI tools in your daily work.
- Senior enough to set direction, hands-on enough to execute.
