We're looking for Seasonal Operations Associates to join our Back of House team in our flagship store on Bond Street, New York store from November 2026 through January 2027.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Keeping best-selling products stocked and readily available.
- Supporting inventory deliveries, stock organization, and operational tasks.
- Working collaboratively with the team during peak business periods.
- Bringing Gymshark's values to life every shift.
- Supporting store goals through outstanding customer service and strong product knowledge.
- Creating an energetic and welcoming environment for every customer.
- Maintaining high standards throughout the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Experience in a fast-paced Back of House retail store environment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working as part of a team.
- Ability to remain positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused during busy periods.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Available to begin employment from November, 2026.
SALARY RANGE
This role has a salary range between $18.50-$20.00. The base pay offered is based on market, experience, and skills.
