About ABI Growth Group

ABI’s Growth Division is the center of innovation and tech development within ABI, which is driving ABI’s growth by developing innovations for the core beer business and creating new hyper-growth tech businesses.

ABI Growth includes the following business lines: BEES (our business-to-business e-commerce and SaaS business, also focused on new technologies), TaDa and Ze Delivery (our direct-to-consumer e-commerce businesses), and several other high-tech divisions, including fintech and venture capital.

About the role:

As a Data Product Manager on the BEES Fintech Data & AI team, you will own the translation of global BNPL and digital payments strategy into high-impact data product requirements for analytics, engineering, and data science teams. Operating at the intersection of commercial, product, and data functions, you will ensure that our reports, predictive models, and AI agents drive measurable business growth across more than 10 ABI markets. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with technical data background who is looking to move into a management career in the fintech ecosystem.

What you'll do:

  • Translate the global Fintech Data Product strategy into actionable initiatives, epics, and requirements that drive business value across BNPL and digital payments products.
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Data Science leaders to prioritize and deliver scalable data products that support more than 10 global markets.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Software Engineering teams to define workflows, data contracts, and requirements for highly data-driven applications.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline product documentation, backlog creation, requirement gathering, and development planning processes.
  • Lead product planning ceremonies, including pre-planning, roadmap discussions, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Align data product roadmaps with application product teams, ensuring seamless integration between data capabilities and end-user experiences.
  • Drive product analytics initiatives by ensuring stakeholders have access to reliable data, KPIs, and insights to support decision-making.
  • Present product releases, roadmap updates, and business results to global commercial stakeholders, gathering feedback to continuously improve data products.
  • Act as the voice of data in cross-functional discussions, translating complex analytical concepts into business value and strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with Data Governance teams to ensure compliance with global data standards, best practices, and platform guidelines.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Systems Analysis, or a related technical field.
  • Relevant years of experience working with data products, analytics, engineering, data science, or related technical disciplines.
  • Experience translating business objectives into product requirements, roadmaps, and data-driven solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across Commercial, Product, Data, and Engineering organizations.
  • Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of analytics, KPI development, data storytelling, and statistical concepts.
  • Experience working within Agile product development environments and managing product backlogs.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with fintech products, digital payments, lending solutions, or financial services data.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts, including feature engineering, feature importance, data drift monitoring, and MLOps practices.
  • Experience with Azure, Databricks, or modern cloud-based data platforms.
  • Professional certifications related to Azure, Databricks, Product Management, or Data Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.

More about you:

  • You think strategically and use data to influence business outcomes and decision-making.
  • You can translate complex analytical concepts into clear and compelling business stories.
  • You have a strong technical foundation in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Science.
  • You enjoy partnering with both business and technical teams to drive impactful solutions.
