You Have: 3+ years of experience leading or working with Agile teams in a technical or engineering environment Experience working with Agile application development teams across the software development lifecycle Experience using tools such as GitLab or Jira Experience writing and managing issues such as epics user stories and tasks, developing clear, well-formed acceptance criteria and definitions of done, and managing backlogs Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe, and how to apply them to application development efforts Ability to lead development teams and communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: Experience with AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP Knowledge of cloud migration strategies Possession of excellent communication and organizational skills Secret clearance Agile Certifications Cloud Foundational Certifications Clearance:  Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
