Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment. Responsibilities: · Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of complex circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. · Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems. · May perform other tasks including but not limited to unpacking, packaging, placing labels and crating. · May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing. · Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams. · Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems. · Assigns and coordinates daily production requirements in the test area. · Prepare daily productivity reports. · May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment. · May be required to interface with vendors for technical support.
