As an Enterprise Clearance Strategy Lead, you’ll take the lead in shaping and scaling Target’s enterprise Clearance capability, building the strategies, tools, and processes that drive optimal financial outcomes and align with our broader price perception and operational goals. Your work will span building the process and capability for long-range planning that syncs with in-season execution, ensuring that Clearance is positioned as a strategic lever across the organization. About you: • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience • 6+ years previous merchandising experience (ex: Enterprise Price, Merch, PIM, finance, etc.) • Experience leading complex projects and enterprise strategies • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maximize relationships • Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong analytical, decision-making, project management, planning and organizational skills This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs.
