Perks of the job

  • Competitive compensation.
  • Company-supplied benefits for you and your family.
  • RRSP matching.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience), professional certifications considered an asset, and 10+ years of progressive project controls experience, including leadership roles supporting large-scale industrial or EPC projects.
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities, with proven experience building, mentoring, and leading high-performing project controls teams.
  • Extensive expertise in project controls, including cost management, forecasting, scheduling, earned value management, change management, performance measurement, and project reporting.
  • Strong industrial project experience with knowledge of construction, maintenance, turnaround, and capital project execution, supported by commercial, contractual, and risk management acumen.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex project data, provide actionable insights, and effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.

As a condition of employment, qualified applicants who accept the role must complete a satisfactory pre-employment Background Check. This may consist of a combination of a Canadian Criminal Record check, an Employment Verification, and an Education and Accreditation Verification.
