- Supporting administrative tasks.
- Revising operation document under instruction of supervisor. Supporting on documentation control.
- Joining department project under instruction of supervisor such as operational improvement, saving cost/ energy, problem-solving, organize talk show, make a short form video/ film (e.g.: Participate in Change Over Time Reduction (SMED) project through process observation, data analysis, standardization, and continuous improvement activities).
- Support in preparing internal/ external audit at department.
- Presenting projects (by English).
- Other tasks be assigned based on demand.
- 3rd or 4th year students majoring in the engineering background.
- Be able to read and make a drawings as well as knowledge regarding production optimization.
- Good English (preferable) and Vietnamese communication skills.
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge, skill in video editing is plus.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and SMED methodology for change over time reduction is an advantage.
- Proficiency in digital technologies, automation, and production systems is highly desirable.
