What You'll Do In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise. Experience supporting semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or global operations environments. Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA business processes. Experience with analytics and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Foundry, Tableau, or similar tools. Experience with knowledge management systems, training development, and process documentation. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Service Operations, Inventory Management, or Procurement processes. Experience supporting large-scale business transformation or ERP implementation initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or related functions. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience developing presentations for management and executive audiences. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings and working groups.
