You will report directly to the company’s HR Director and have the following key responsibilities:
Training:
- Develop and coordinate training programs for employees at all levels;
- Conduct training needs assessments and create customized learning plans;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and provide recommendations for improvement;
- Manage the learning management system and maintain training records.
Career Development and Group Compensation and Benefits:
- Support the implementation of career development initiatives;
- Assist in creating and maintaining job descriptions and career plans;
- Contribute to the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs;
- Conduct salary surveys and market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Performance Evaluation:
- Assist with and monitor the annual performance evaluation process;
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance evaluation procedures;
- Analyze performance data and prepare reports for senior management.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze HR metrics related to training, development, and performance;
- Prepare regular reports on key HR indicators for management review;
- Identify trends and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Development:
- Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives;
- Assist in creating internal communications related to HR programs and policies;
- Contribute to the organization of employee recognition events and programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law or Human Resources Management;
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources Training and Development;
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
