We're looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Kier Natural Resources team based on the South Coast. Location: South Coast - hybrid working available, with occasional travel to the office required. Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. You'll play a key role in driving our people plan to support business strategy, whilst embedding our wider people initiatives across the organisation. As an HR Business Partner, you'll be working within the Kier Natural Resources team, supporting them in delivering people-focused solutions that enable business success. Your day to day will include: Partnering with operational leaders to deliver the people plan and embed our people strategy Managing people matters related to contract mobilisation and demobilisation activities Coordinating employee relations activities and providing expert guidance on employment legislation Using data and metrics to drive decision-making and identify solutions to complex people challenges Championing equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the business What are we looking for?
