- Design and implement new production processes
- Analysis and optimize existing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Conduct process engineering studies and evaluate process data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects
- Troubleshoot process-related problems and implement effective solutions
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on process-related matters
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in process engineering
- Bachelor's degree or above in Process Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Innovative mindset with a passion for optimizing processes and driving efficiency
- Familiarity with data analysis and statistical process control techniques
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies is desirable
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent English writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
