Role Summary Join the Marketing team in a hands-on role combining marketing operations, administration, and campaign execution. You’ll manage procurement and payment documentation end to end while supporting budgeting, engagement campaigns, merchandising and printing, product marketing, and branding activities. This role offers broad exposure to marketing execution and opportunities to collaborate across functions. Position Responsibilities: Prepare and execute procurement documents for Marketing Department requirements from start to end with full accountability. Prepare payment documents for Marketing Department requirements from start to end with full accountability. Support budget planning and execution. Plan and execute marketing engagement campaigns based on assigned projects. Plan and execute merchandising and printing in line with brand principles and guidelines. Support product marketing based on product launch and campaign assignments. Provide branding support by checking brand guidelines for cross-functional department campaigns. Perform other urgent or required tasks based on business requirements. Required Qualifications: Experience in marketing operations, administration, procurement, payment processing, or a related function. Experience supporting marketing campaigns, merchandising, printing, or other marketing execution activities. Strong organizational, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Ability to manage multiple priorities and urgent requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in budget planning or marketing expense management. Experience supporting product launches or product marketing campaigns.
