- We are looking for Days, Evenings & Overnight shifts starting at $16.00-$18.00 per hour. Weekdays and Weekends.

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):
- Pay Rate: $16 - $18/ hour depending on Location
- Non-Licensed Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
- Non-Licensed Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:
- Minimum one year work experience
- Must be able to travel throughout the territory( Montgomery and/or Chester County)
- Valid Drivers License & vehicle a plus
Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
