The Opportunity

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team in delivering a smooth, consistent and positive recruitment experience.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys keeping things moving. You’ll play an important part in coordinating recruitment activity, supporting candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring our processes run efficiently from application through to offer and onboarding.

What You'll Be Doing

    • Coordinate recruitment activity, including interview scheduling, candidate communications and stakeholder availability.
    • Manage recruitment administration and maintain accurate candidate records within our applicant tracking system.
    • Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to keep recruitment processes moving and candidates informed.
    • Coordinate offers, pre-employment checks and associated documentation.
    • Support job advertising, application management and recruitment campaigns.
    • Maintain recruitment data and reporting, helping provide visibility of pipeline activity and hiring progress.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment administration and improve the candidate experience
    • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve documentation and make the employee experience more consistent.

Requirements

What you'll bring:

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys helping people. You’ll be comfortable managing a varied workload, keeping track of the details and ensuring things are followed through.

  • Experience in an administration, coordination or similar support role, ideally within a Talent Acquisition function.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling documentation.
  • Clear, professional communication skills and a helpful, approachable manner.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Confidence using Talent Acquisition systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach, with an interest in improving how things are done.

You don’t need to know everything from day one. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, asks the right questions and is keen to develop their knowledge

How you’ll work

You’ll work closely with the wider People team, collaborating with colleagues across the business to ensure our people processes are delivered consistently and effectively.

We value people who:

·       Take ownership and make things happen.

·       Work openly and collaboratively, welcoming different perspectives.

·       Communicate clearly, especially when things are complex.

·       Stay curious, learn from others and look for better ways of working.

·       Solve problems together and focus on delivering meaningful outcomes.

At Informed, you’ll work alongside people who care about doing great work, supporting each other and creating digital services that have a real-world impact.
