You Have:  5+ years of experience building and administering cloud environments and utilizing cloud-native functionality, COTs, GOTs, and open-source tools to meet objectives Experience with security architecture evaluations, guidance development, and troubleshooting Experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) Experience with AWS infrastructure, IAM, VPC networking, security controls, and troubleshooting Experience implementing STIGs, Linux security hardening, and building and maintaining custom STIG-hardened AMIs Experience with Splunk or AWS-native OpenSearch-based security analytics, centralized logging, threat detection, and integration with AWS security services such as Security Hub, GuardDuty, and CloudTrail Experience with POA&Ms, vulnerability management and remediation, security documentation, continuous monitoring, and improving overall security posture Bachelors degree in Computer Science Nice If You Have:  Experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC) Experience with cloud technologies Knowledge of multicloud governance and automation in Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Product, Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud, or other cloud providers Possession of excellent interpersonal skills Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills DoD 8570 IAT Level III Certification such as SecurityX, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP Certification DoD 8570 Cybersecurity Service Provider-Infrastructure Support Certification (CSSP-IS), including CEH, CySA+, GICSP, SSCP, CHFI, CFR, Cloud+, or CND Certification Compensation At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
