About the Role
As a Bilingual AI Software Development Engineer, you will lead technical solution design and execution across multiple AI initiatives. You will partner with Product Owners, Architects, Security, Developers, and cross-functional governance teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and ethical AI solutions. You will also help advance cloud and microservices adoption while identifying AI-driven opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, platform stability, and client experience.
What You Will Do
AI Solution Design & Delivery
- Own and drive technical solution design and execution for multiple AI initiatives.
- Apply next-generation architecture understanding to enable seamless migration to cloud platforms and microservices-based environments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance
- Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Security, and Developers to deliver scalable and resilient AI solutions.
- Collaborate with AI Center of Excellence, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to support ethical AI solutions.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Proactively recommend AI-driven improvements to delivery efficiency, platform stability, and client experience while staying current with advancements in AI, generative AI, analytics, and automation.
What You Bring
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent related field.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience with AI or generative AI frameworks and products.
- Experience with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW) and Jira.
Technical Expertise
- Hands-on experience across core AI areas: generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic AI.
Languages
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Certifications
- No certifications are required for this role. Relevant AI, cloud, or software engineering certifications are considered an asset.
Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of LLMs and API integration.
- Proficiency across modern architecture domains, including cloud platforms and microservices-based environments.
