ABOUT US

Stio® is an omni-channel mountain brand that designs, develops and sells beautiful, functional, and innovative apparel, footwear and other accessories infused with the soul of the mountain lifestyle. With headquarters in Jackson, Wyoming, Stio draws inspiration from the surrounding Teton Range and offers product via Stio.com, catalog, B2B and its Mountain Studio® retail locations.

We live and love mountain life, and as such see ourselves as caretakers of the resources that provide it. We are proud partners of Protect Our Winters and the Conservation Alliance among many other organizations. We have a strong preferred materials platform, use Bluesign® approved textiles wherever possible, audit our supply chains for best practices, and operate our workplaces responsibly.

We think that outside is the best side and that you can’t improve on nature. It’s good for mind, body and soul, and it’s our responsibility to help enable access for all people, regardless of race, gender, beliefs, background or ability. We strive for inclusion at Stio and in our local and national communities.

YOUR ROLE

The Product Team Coordinator is a shared role supporting Product Development, PLM and Merchandising. You will own product data accuracy in Centric and PIM, manage physical samples from proto through Top of Production, and manage PhotoKit reviews and distribution. You will keep the line moving to the GTM calendar by making sure cross-functional partners have accurate product information and samples when they need them.

This role is based at our Jackson Hole HQ and serves as the product liaison for remote cross-functional team members.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development Support
    • Support Developers and Materials with the wear test process: proto management, data compilation and communication to the PD team.
    • Support Developers on cut and sew, accessory, equipment and footwear tasks as directed (proto reviews, comments, data organization).
    • Manage Photo Kit (PK) samples: track them from factories, inspect select PKs against tech packs and send comments to factories, distribute to stakeholders and communicate status. Hold virtual reviews with Developers and ship to photo shoot locations based on the shoot schedule, as needed.
    • Support fit model scheduling and management, including base size and sized models for size sets.
    • Monitor and respond to the Product Feedback Slack channel.
    • Generate and distribute tech packs in bulk for QC teams and Customer Experience Teams (CX).
  • Product Data and Line Management
    • Own data integrity of all line plans in Centric. Primary contact for product details, style maintenance and data accuracy.
    • Maintain the PD change log.
    • Support building Visual Line Plans (VLPs) with cross-functional partners.
    • Coordinate work to the GTM calendar so deadlines and milestones support on-time launches.
    • Capture product details for presentation decks and PIM.
    • Audit PIM (Product Information Management) for accuracy and consistency.
  • Physical Product and Space Management
    • Manage all physical samples and tools (TOP, protos, design reference): tracking, organization, shipping and purging.
    • Prepare protos and TOP samples for fit weeks, line reviews, GTM meetings, board meetings and Product Clinics.
    • Keep the fit room ready: inventory fit tools (hangers, chalk, pins, ski boots), keep the fit closet clean, and print and display Key Looks for easy reference.
    • Ship samples to external and internal partners as directed, including international shipments (commercial invoices, customs clearance support).
    • Maintain inbound and outbound tracking data in the Product Packaging Asana project.
    • Manage color palette creation and distribution to factories, developers, sales.
    • Provide office administration support as needed. This may include errands, meeting setup and teardown, snack replenishment and creating printed materials.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in project management, product development, product line management or a similar role
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Experience with data management systems (PLM, PIM or similar)
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to create and manage processes
  • Able to balance priorities from multiple teams and communicate clearly at all levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication in person, over email, on Slack and in other channels
  • Team player who works well both collaboratively and independently, takes direction and follows through
  • Takes initiative to step in when you see a need for support
  • Proficient in MS Office with a strong emphasis on Excel; Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
  • Committed to our company mission, vision and values

  • Employee Assistance Programs
  • 401k with Match
  • Generous paid time off policies
