As a Business Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Prioritize and complete tasks in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Handle leasing-related inquiries from both internal teams and external partners
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and manage risks proactively to improve the customer experience
- Suggest innovative solutions and actively contribute to change initiatives
