Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Yonkers, NY
Location: Westchester, NY (Flexible Schedule 20-30 hours a week daytime shifts and afternoon shifts available)
Pay: $85.00–$100.00 per hour

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS) is seeking a skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing, mission-driven team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services and making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.
Position Overview:
The BCBA will play a key role in conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing clinical oversight to ensure the highest standard of care. This position requires strong clinical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Oversee implementation of treatment plans and ensure clinical quality and fidelity
- Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and paraprofessionals
- Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and adjust programming as needed
- Provide parent and caregiver training to support generalization of skills
- Design and adapt individualized programs based on assessment results and clinical data
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Experience working with children in behavioral health and/or special education settings
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
