Enterprise Business Development Manager
Remote · LATAM-based · Reports to the Head of Sales
LatamCent places top 10% Latin American talent (engineering, growth, GTM) at US AI and B2B SaaS companies in 21 days or less. You’ll be selling to founders and operators at fast-growing, venture-backed startups.
What you’ll actually do
You’ll build your own pipeline. You’ll qualify hard, get the full buying committee aligned, and close. After signature, you’ll stay close until the first hire starts, and you’ll keep every account you bring in as its account manager. That means real, long-term relationships with founders and operators at fast-growing US startups.
What success looks like
By day 3, you’re dialing, DMing and emailing prospects
By day 60, you have qualified pipeline that you generated yourself.
By day 90, you’ve signed your first net-new logo.
We measure outcomes, not activity. Dials and emails sent don’t count toward success here.
You’re a fit if
You have 3+ years generating demand at a US company.
You can name the net-new logos you self-sourced and closed in the last 12–24 months, including ACV and cycle length.
You write well. Your cold email gets replies, and you can show us one that did.
Your English is C1 or higher, written and spoken.
Strong signals
You’ve sold staffing, recruiting, services or HR tech.
You’ve sold to founders or C-suite at SMB or mid-market SaaS.
You started as an SDR and still prospect like one.
Not a fit if
Most of your closed revenue came from inbound, SDR-set meetings or an inherited book.
You need a marketing engine behind you to hit quota.
You’re looking for a role where you manage accounts rather than open them.
Compensation
Base 24k–36k USD plus uncapped commission. On-target earnings of 60k–65k in year one, 70k+ in year two.
How to apply
Email eze@latamcent.com with the subject “Enterprise BDM – New Logo” and include:
A Loom of 3 minutes or less covering one deal you self-sourced and closed: the trigger, how you got in, what almost killed it, and the final ACV.
Your last 12 months in numbers: logos closed, how many you sourced yourself, average deal size, and quota attainment.
One cold email you wrote that got a reply.
If you leave out #2, the application won’t be reviewed.
