  • Support go-to-market planning, product positioning, internal enablement, and customer and partner communications.

  • Define and monitor success metrics, including adoption, customer satisfaction, revenue impact, delivery performance, product-market fit, and operational quality.

  • Stay informed on market, customer, competitor, and technology developments, including the effective use of AI tools and AI-augmented workflows.

What you'll have...

  • 5+ years’ product management experience in B2B SaaS, travel, hospitality technology, or a related domain.

  • Experience in hotel distribution, channel management, revenue management, connectivity, GDS integrations, or another travel-related domain is highly desirable.

  • Experience working with API-based products, system integrations, and cross-functional delivery teams in Agile or Kanban environments.

  • A proven track record of delivering products or features that achieve customer adoption, commercial outcomes, and measurable business value.

  • Strong analytical, strategic, and technical business analysis skills, with confidence using customer insights and data to inform decisions.

  • Creative and adaptable problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box, develop practical solutions to complex challenges, and demonstrably leverage AI tools and capabilities to accelerate outcomes.

  • A solid understanding of product management practices and the end-to-end product lifecycle, with the ability to operate in ambiguity and make pragmatic trade-offs across customer, commercial, technical, and operational considerations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional workshops and build collaborative relationships across geographically distributed teams.
