What you will do
Cultivate and nurture relationships with B2B clients, such as solar and heat pump installers, by proactively reaching out to generate interest and schedule product demonstration calls.
Utilize multiple channels for customer acquisition, focusing on outbound calls, participation in trade shows, and creating engagement on online platforms, i.e. LinkedIn.
Drive Reonic’s growth by identifying and strategizing new projects and partnerships that align with the company’s business objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively meet client needs and enhance our service offerings.

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program and available to work up to 20 hours per week.

Passion for software sales in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Passion for driving transformation and innovation within the renewable energy sector.
C2 proficiency in German, French, or Italian, and professional proficiency in English.
Bonus: Familiarity with HubSpot or other types of lead generation tools.

Receive competitive compensation with 3,250€ OTE per month based on a 20-hour work week. The commission is uncapped.
