This position requires a unique combination of creativity, technical expertise, and instructional design skills to develop engaging, impactful, and effective training content that supports the organization’s learning and business objectives. The role collaborates closely with subject matter experts, field associates, and leaders at all levels of the organization to identify training needs, establish learning objectives, and develop content that achieves desired learning outcomes. Training materials may incorporate a variety of multimedia tools and delivery methods to create relevant, practical, and engaging learning experiences. This position is based in Beloit, Wisconsin, and requires an on-site presence. This is not a remote position.
